Workplace sign-in and compliance
Know who is in your building, and be able to prove it
SignMeInPro runs the front desk, the staff register and the compliance round from one system. Visitors sign in on the iPad, staff check in from their phone, and every fire-point check, delivery and meeting room is recorded — so when someone asks who was on site, you have an answer.
The day somebody asks for evidence
Most workplaces run reception on one system, attendance on another, the fire log on a clipboard and room bookings in a shared calendar. None of them agree, and the one that matters — who was actually in the building at 14:20 — is the one nobody can produce.
A roll call in seconds
Raise a muster and every phone on site asks its owner to confirm they are safe. The list shows who has answered, who has not, and who signed in as a visitor.
An SOS that still works
A lone worker can raise an alarm from their iPhone to your emergency team, with two-way messaging. If the network has gone, it falls back to a text message from the handset itself.
Evidence tied to the place
Checks are recorded by scanning the QR or NFC tag physically on the fire point, with pass, fail or needs-attention — and a certificate pack at the end of it.
Why it is different
Four claims, and the proof for each
Your IT team will push back on at least one of these. These are the answers.
Tenant isolation is enforced by the database, not by our code remembering to filter
PostgreSQL row-level security, FORCEd, on every table, under a role that is not a superuser. A bug in one of our queries cannot leak another customer’s data, because the database refuses to return it.
Devices hold the narrowest credential that does the job
A meeting-room panel’s credential is scoped to one room — it cannot ask for another, because the room comes from the credential and the endpoint takes no parameter for it. A lobby kiosk cannot read the dispatch desk at all.
Privacy decisions are made deliberately, and written down
The corridor panel shows no meeting subject and no visitor names. Every such choice is recorded beside the code that implements it, so you can ask why and get an answer rather than a shrug.
Compliance evidence is tied to the physical place
A check is recorded by scanning the code that is physically on the fire point. Position is recorded as corroboration and never used to refuse a scan — an auditor learns more from "recorded, 400 m away" than from a refusal.
